3 Nuclear Reactors Bombed; Just One Reactor Melting Down Is Much Worse Than 2,400 Nuclear Bombs Going Off

Pro nuclear apologists keep claiming that nuclear power is 'safe'. They also claim that nuclear plants cannot blow up like a nuclear bomb. Technically, nuclear plants are not nuclear bombs, because they are not built to explode like a nuclear bomb. But in real life, nuclear plants contain 100 tons of highly toxic, heavy metal and radioactive fuel inside the reactor, plus the spent fuel pools are usually open to the sky and full of 1,000 or more tons of spent fuel, which is orders of magnitude more dangerous and volatile, especially the newer MOX plutonium fuel.

If water and power are not provided to a nuclear power plant, both the nuclear reactor and the spent fuel pool will melt down, explode and/or melt out, as Chernobyl and Fukushima plus many other nuclear reactor melt downs proven. The sheer amount of radiation released from just one melt down can exceed all of the 2,400 nuclear bombs set off as 'tests' in open air, as both Chernobyl and Fukushima proved.

If a Carrington Event happens, all 400 nuclear plants and spent fuel pools will melt down due to loss of power. Humanity cannot live through that. This happened once in 1900, but can happen again anytime.

NUCLEAR FACILITIES ARE NOT SAFE

The only problem with this claim is that they are the only energy source that when they have a bad day, it is REALLY bad, and the result of that one bad day at one nuclear facility makes tens of thousands of square kilometers permanently uninhabitable, as proven by Chernobyl, where 40% of the European continent was radioactively contaminated, and large areas are now too radioactive to go into and live.

NUCLEAR FACILITIES ARE LIKE NUCLEAR BOMBS DURING WARS AND CONFLICTS

The other problem is that nuclear facilities make good targets during conflicts and wars. Why? A nuclear facility is like a nuclear bomb, waiting and primed to go off. All nuclear reactors are nuclear bombs, just sitting there waiting to go off. All that has to happen to get them to go off and melt down, is to turn off their cooling supply and the rest will happen. Fukushima is proof that any nuclear reactor is just 1 hour away from blowing up and melting down.

1 NUKE CAN KNOCK OUT ALL NUCLEAR PLANTS IN US

Another danger is that all of these 400 nuclear plants need water and electricity 24 hours a day. What if the power is knocked out to a whole country all at once, with just ONE EMP type nuclear bomb?

If just one EMP type of nuclear bomb is detonated above the USA right in the middle of the country and at a high altitude, the electromagnetic pulse described by the Wikipedia entry above, would wipe out all electronics in the US.. all computer chips, all transformers, anything electronic. All electrical circuits everywhere would fry. This means all nuclear power plants would be without power for extended periods and their control circuits would fry as well.

We all know what happens when there is no power and then no cooling water; a Fukushima happens. Imagine a Fukushima happening at EVERY one of the 50 or so nuclear power plants in the USA, plus all of their spent fuel pools which also need power for cooling. Basically, anyone who can get an EMP pulse weapon to go off above the US can destroy the whole country. Even a North Korea could win a nuclear war against the United States, if they were crazy enough to do a first strike.

One nuclear bomb plus the force multipliers that consist of all of these nuclear power plants and their spent fuel pools spread out all over the United States would guarantee the complete and total collapse and radioactive contamination of the entire United States. There is no need for the 20,000 nuclear missiles that everyone is so attached to. All you need is 1 nuclear missile per country that you want to destroy, as long as they have the force multiplier nuclear power plants.

The more nuclear power plants the 'enemy' nation has, the weaker and more vulnerable they are. Of course this means that the US is EXTREMELY weak and vulnerable because the US is filled with nuclear facilities of all kinds; they are basically just dirty bombs or nuclear bombs, sitting there, waiting to go off.

Of course, 50 or more nuclear power plants and spent fuel pools melting through would probably mean the extinction of all life on the planet, but that is called MAD, or Mutually Assured Destruction.

As if this were not bad enough, nuclear plants are also force multipliers in other directions. Each nuclear reactor is a nuclear bomb factory, able to produce 10 or more nuclear bombs per year of operation. The more nuclear weapons that are built, the higher the risk of a nuclear war.

Bottom line, any country that has a nuclear reactor or even a research facility, is capable of making a nuclear bomb. Here is one example.. This is a country that has signed no agreement to have inspectors come in and verify what they are doing. This country has not even disclosed that it has a nuclear power plant, much less nuclear weapons. Yet, no one is sanctioning this country. Why not?

ALL NUCLEAR PLANTS GENERATE HIGHLY RADIOACTIVE WASTE PRODUCTS

Eventually, as a nuclear plant operates, it generates highly radioactive waste products. These waste products are the ingredients for nuclear weapons, as the above video explains. Bottom line, if an accident or sabotage of a spent fuel pool at any of the 400 plus nuclear power plants happens, the consequences can be a global life extinction event. ONE accident at a major nuclear power plant with multiple spent fuel pools and multiple reactors can lead to a cascade of failures that will result in multiple melt downs, multiple fires, multiple melt throughs, and multiple nuclear explosions. There is also a threat of terrorists invading an operating nuclear power plant and causing it to lose cooling. The result will be that the reactor, and/or spent fuel pools melt down and/or explode. as happened at the following nuclear power plant. We were lucky with this plant, because the goal of the terrorists was NOT to cause the destruction of this nuclear plant. They could have easily caused this plant to destroy itself plus become worse than multiple nuclear bombs.

Now let us look at the issue of all nuclear plants as a target in a war. Each nuclear reactor, if it is bombed with a regular average bomb made of dynamite, can be turned into a weapon of mass destruction in the country that it is based in.

NUMEROUS NUCLEAR REACTORS HAVE BEEN BOMBED ALREADY

All an enemy has to do to create a HUGE nuclear bomb, is to knock out the cooling of any nuclear reactor and/or spent fuel pool with a regular bomb or charge of C 4. Once the cooling is lost, the reactor and spent fuel pool becomes worse than the largest nuclear bomb. Do you think that this cannot happen? Not only is the bombing of a nuclear power plant possible, it has happened NUMEROUS TIMES ALREADY.

Currently, Israel is threatening to bomb Iran preventatively, and without a declaration of war. Israel is justifying this by saying it would feel 'threatened' with Iran getting the means to make a nuclear bomb, despite the fact that it has numerous nuclear bombs.

Iran is getting ready for this bombing attack, and is also getting ready for a US attack, since the US keeps ratcheting up the pressure and threatening war. We know that both the US and Israel have bombed both nuclear plants and research facilities, so it is now much easier for either one to do the same against Iran.

What happens if Iran fights back and does a counter strike, as they threaten to do in the above video? Would Russia or China move to protect Iran and strike back at Israel, because they are both pledging to protect Iran in case of attack? Russia is providing nuclear technology to Iran and is telling the US and Israel to back off.

What happens if they strike Israel in return for Israel striking Iran? Would that not be considered the beginning of a global nuclear war, with mutually assured destruction, or MAD? What would prevent everyone from launching everything they have, just in case? What happens if nuclear reactors are targeted by Iran? Think it could not happen?

In the above video, Russia promises to 'defend' Iran's right to develop nuclear power. How far will they go? Would they help defend Iran, if attacked by Israel or the USA?

What happens when the nuclear bomb inside of any nuclear plant fissions out of control and actually explodes?

The answer is of course, that a nuclear fission process cannot be controlled 100% of the time. It is much like trying to explode a bundle of dynamite, in slow motion.

Slowing down an explosion is very difficult, and it is almost impossible to keep dynamite or fissioning nuclear material from exploding. Trying to keep an out of control nuclear explosion and/or an out of control nuclear fission inside of a nuclear reactor is like trying to control the sun via remote control. It cannot be done. HUMANITY IS 5 MINUTES AWAY FROM DESTRUCTION

Those with their finger on the buttons of nuclear missiles are also counting on pure dumb luck, because one small but dedicated terrorist group, a spy with access to a nuclear plant, a dictator (or a regular war can escalate) can start Armageddon. JUST ONE mad dictator or one accident in a nuclear facility can also spell the end of the world, but they do not like to talk about that. Bottom line, nuclear power plants, weapons and human beings cannot co-exist for long. At some point, a global life extinction event is guaranteed certain to happen, if not caused by human error, then by Nature and natural forces such as earthquake, hurricane, solar storm or nuclear war.
